1. Free Shipping Rule Over $100

Grand Bazaar Food proudly offers FREE standard shipping on all qualifying orders of $100 or more delivered within the continental United States.

The free shipping eligibility is calculated based on your qualifying product subtotal after any applied promotional discounts (such as WELCOME10) and before sales taxes.

2. Dispatch Origin & Regional Shipping Zones

All shipments originate from our physical retail grocery store at 744 Anderson Avenue, Cliffside Park, New Jersey 07010. Shipping fees are tiered based on destination zones:

• Zone A (Local NJ): Cliffside Park, Edgewater, Fort Lee, North Bergen, Fairview & nearby towns — starting at $4.99.
• Zone B (Rest of New Jersey): Statewide NJ delivery — starting at $7.99.
• Zone C (Tri-State Metro): New York, Connecticut, Eastern Pennsylvania — starting at $9.99.
• Zone D (Regional Northeast): Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Maryland, Delaware, DC — starting at $12.99.
• Zone E (Continental USA): All other mainland states — starting at $15.99.

3. Order Processing & Transit Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are typically packed and transferred to our carrier partners within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed over the weekend begin packaging on Monday morning.

Standard ground transit takes between 1 to 3 business days for Mid-Atlantic and Northeast destinations, and 3 to 5 business days for Midwest, Southern, and Western states.

4. Perishable & Temperature-Controlled Packaging

Delicate items (such as aged cheeses, dairy, and confectionery) are packed in moisture-resistant thermal bubble insulation paired with food-grade gel refrigerant packs.

5. Tracking Your Delivery

As soon as our carrier partner scans your package, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking URL will be dispatched to your email address.
